We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who will be working with a talented and close-knit team.
You will be managing & supporting an enterprise environment to ensure the availability of the services to the client's support offices.
As part of this role, you will be managing and proactively maintaining all responsible systems which include more than 700 servers.
Responsibilities include: Provide infrastructure support, liaising with business support offices to address their IT needs and ensuring compliance with SLA objectives.
Develop, maintain, support, and optimize key technologies encompassing: Network infrastructure Server infrastructure Data communications Telecommunications systems Data centre provisioning Administer, maintain, and resolve a range of M365 deployments/configurations/escalations.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor system performance, promptly resolving any issues that arise.
Foster strong working relationships with key suppliers, conducting all dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
Assume responsibility for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Perform or delegate regular backup operations, implementing robust data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
