Senior Legal Counsel - Employment Law - Part Time Save job You will be joining a market leading domestic bank as a part-time legal counsel focusing on employment law issues within a dynamic and fast-growing legal team based in Melbourne on a 12 month contract.

About the role Responsibilities include: Ensure the company's adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Review and draft employment contracts, agreements, and policies.
Provide legal guidance on employee relations matters and assist in investigations.
Conduct training sessions on legal compliance and perform regular audits.
Support in the management of employment-related litigation.
Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations About You You have: +4 PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate Strong Employment Law experience Looking to work on a part-time basis (ideally 4 days) within a fun team Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
