Senior Legal Counsel - Retail Banking

You will be joining a Big 4 Bank as a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong focus on retail/consumer banking and lending transactions within an established and growing legal team!About the Company The company are market leaders in the retail banking sector in Australia and one of the Big 4 Banks with a strong company focus on development, flexibility and collaboration.
About the Role Responsibilities include: Provide proactive advice on compliance with laws in the development of new services, products, and channels Help stakeholders understand the legal and regulatory landscape and its impact on their transactions, projects, and initiatives Negotiate and draft documentation relating to products and services About You You have: Minimum 7 PQE with relevant qualifications and practising certificate Strong experience with retail banking and consumer lending Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
