About the role: Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this newly established role offers an exciting opportunity to provide direction and commercial insights to the SLT.
You will look for operational improvements and conduct key analysis on costs, labour, and materials, ensuring the integrity of data and monthly reporting in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: Monthly financial and statutory reporting Detailed monthly analysis pack for senior leadership team Analysis on variances, margins, and KPIs Financial modelling to support business strategies Annual budgeting and rolling forecasting Analysing customer pricing and contract costs Seek and implement improvements in systems and processes Stock and inventory reporting Liaising with external auditors Skills and Experience: Ideally, you are CA/CPA qualified.
You have a minimum of 3 years in an Accountant or Analyst role with strong process improvement skills.
You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner with non-finance stakeholders.
Experience using a large ERP, advanced Excel, and a strong understanding of systems is essential.
