We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join our team based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for supporting the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services (SICS) business unit's financial reporting and analysis processes and tasks. Our Senior Management Accountant will help drive management reporting efficiencies across SICS to enable streamlined month end processing, and support half yearly and yearly submissions. The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below: Support the consolidation of management reporting requirements within Group deadlines. Support meaningful commentary and interrogate data where required. Ensure all reports are fully reconciled back to the respective ERPs, ensuring data integrity and correct mapping. Support external reporting where required. Review required balance sheet reconciliations. Drive streamlined and efficient reporting/budgeting/forecasting cycles across the business unit. What you'll bring Qualifications in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Finance/Management. CPA/CA is required for this role. Experience working as a Financial or Management Accountant, with proven experience working with budgets and profit/loss reports. Experience in large complex organisations is beneficial. Strong board reporting and Excel skills, with a high attention to detail. Experience in the use of accounting software systems such as One Stream, SAP, and JDE.
