We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic permanent , full time , Senior Manager Commercial and Finance to join our executive leadership team based out of Redfern, Sydney OR Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements. Leading a team of three, this role is pivotal in providing financial and operational collaboration to drive the successful implementation of strategy ensuring we deliver the highest quality person-centred care for the elderly. You will have the opportunity to guide financial modelling, analysis and support of The Salvation Army Aged Care strategy implementation including capital asset management plan and driver-based analysis of current state and future state businesses. You will also have ownership of month end reporting, year end audit, capital projects, organisational compliance, budget procedures as well as stakeholder requirements.
