The role Reporting to the Group General Manager – Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, as the Senior Manager Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, you will carry out a second line strategic role supporting the Group General Manager in building and maintaining Crown Group's Compliance Management Framework and associated policy and programs for Crown Group.
You will support the Group's Compliance function with the implementation of the Compliance Management Framework and associated policies, co-ordinate the Whistleblower Program including functioning as the secretary of Whistleblower Management Committee (WBC) meetings, drive the implementation of the Policy Management Framework, co-ordinate the Resorts Executive Risk & Compliance Committee (ERCC) meetings, administer GRC compliance modules and prepare Management and Board Compliance reporting.
Responsibilities: Manage and provide property with support to the implementation of Crown Compliance Management Framework and policies.
Undertake oversight on the implementation of the Compliance Framework and associated policies.
Manage and provide input to the maintenance of the Crown Policy Management Framework and its implementation.
Manage the preparation of Compliance Reports for Board and Compliance Committee meetings.
Provide Resorts ERCC secretariat including management of bi-monthly Resorts ERCC meeting coordination (including scheduling, preparation of agendas and papers, and tracking of papers from invitees).
Provide Whistleblower Committee secretariat (including scheduling, preparation of agendas and papers, and tracking of papers from invitees).
Manage the implementation and ongoing administration GRC system compliance.
Manage triage of Speak Up Reports and actively monitor and oversee progress of investigations and closure activities.
Provide regular Speak Up report oversight reporting.
Liaise with Speak Up Service Provider, Core Integrity, and administer the Clear View platform on behalf of Crown.
About you: Strong experience in managing compliance frameworks, policies and governance in a regulated environment.
Experience in risk and compliance management, and policy governance.
A solid understanding of Whistleblower Protection requirements.
Experience in managing Committees and reporting (ideally in Whistleblowing and Risk Management Committees).
Strong research and report writing skills.
