In achieving this, you will be expected to provide consistent and high-level strategic advice to senior management and executives, consistent with the organisational statement of 'Safety First - Zero Injuries'. You will have the opportunity to set the direction for your team and establish a robust basis for identifying, managing, and monitoring health and safety risks. This role requires a professional with a high level of attention to detail, as the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of reporting on all incidents across the organisation, measuring and assessing Parks Victoria's HSE performance, and providing this data to senior and executive management. You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate workplace health and safety groups and committees consisting of internal employees, generating effective cross-functional engagement.
