What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Head of Roll Management, this role will be responsible for: Leading the development and maintenance of the Victorian register of electors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Implementing frameworks and policies to support register integrity and operational planning.
Managing staff performance and development to align with organisational objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the register meets electoral needs and legislative requirements.
What you will bring to the role Ability to interpret legislation and regulatory processes to administer high-quality advice.
An understanding of electoral legislation and processes, with experience in interpreting regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams toward shared goals.
Excellent operational planning and project management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
High-level communication skills, capable of negotiating and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
