Your role will include:
Supervision and mentoring of new graduate and early career OT'sReduced clinical caseload based on supervision responsibilitiesWorking with NDIS clients ages 18+ and home care package clientsMobile role with travel contained around your local areaWork from the office in Prahran or from home to complete report writing and attend team meetingsHome modifications, SIL & SDA assessments and a range of disabilitiesCollaborate within a multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
How you will be supported
Opportunity to spend your first 2 weeks working alongside and shadowing of their clinicians until you are comfortableMonthly internal and external professional development opportunitiesReceive supervision from specialists in clinical areas you would like to develop

Requirements
