For more information on working with us and our recruitment process, please visit Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Victoria | Jobs ( Department: Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Reporting to the Manager Client Systems Support, the position represents the operational divisions in the enhancement and maintenance of the Housing Integrated Information Program (Hii P) and ICCMS (CRIS/CRISSP) data system projects.
In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the security access policy, systems auditing from a departmental perspective and, third tier support and subject matter expertise to Operational Divisions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including: Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met Provide effective support to service delivery sites in the implementation and use of client systems.
Undertake system user acceptance testing and assess and action data fix requirements to ensure system maintenance.
