Role Description We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major construction project, worth almost a billion dollars.
This is a complex, sophisticated project that will be truly career-defining.
You'll be delivering a construction project with substantial technical requirements, meaning your ability to bring together a range of different stakeholders is crucial.
Demonstrated experience managing construction contracts and overseeing the delivery of highly technical building projects will be important.
Working with a highly respected client, this opportunity has the potential to catapult your career ahead of your peers very quickly.

Great Senior Project Managers are welcome from all property and building sectors.
Located in our Melbourne office, you'll be responsible for: Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing the technical construction/delivery phase of the project, including contract management, variations, and claims.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Candidate Profile Very few Construction professionals will get the chance to work on a project of this scale in their lifetime - this is truly a remarkable chance for a hungry construction professional! To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager or have building consultancy experience.
You'll also need: The ability to understand 'the big picture' of what the client is trying to achieve with their project – the reason for the project is critical to the success of the business.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience with design and construction phases of building projects.
A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
