THE ROLE The Senior Project Officer is responsible for oversight, administration and implementation support for Better Futures and Home Stretch in the Division.
The position requires high level written and communication skills, strong relationship management capability and ability to establish and maintain systems to monitor and manage client and budget related matters.
The position will be required to utilise systems including Individualised Funding Administration and Management System (IFAMS) and Client Relationship Information System (CRIS).
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Support internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and consistent support to young people transitioning from care.
Support Better Futures and Home Stretch service delivery via the development and implementation of processes and systems to ensure young people experience timely access to available supports.
Undertake data analysis to identify eligible young people and share data as appropriate to support timely referrals to Better Futures and Home Stretch.
