This dynamic role will see you managing assets in Victoria and interstate, providing direction and strategy around value adds, and increasing the satisfaction of their tenants.
The Position: You will be based on-site, overseeing the management of two commercial assets, one of which is modern and classed as state-of-the-art.
Your focus will be to ensure a high level of delivery in tenancy management, financial management, marketing, and facilities management.
The aim is to deliver a long-term, sustainable property strategy that satisfies corporate goals and ensures tenant satisfaction.

A Bachelor's degree in property or a related field is preferred.
Strong computer skills and strong administrative skillsets.

Leadership skillsets and the willingness to mentor.
