What You Will Be Doing: Psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness or disability Case managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionals Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
