Senior Site Manager

W Talent is proud to be representing a Tier-2 commercial builder in their search for an additional Senior Site Manager to join their industrial construction division.
Being an industry-leading, design & construct specialist for over a decade, our client currently operates across 2 states and has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects. Our client typically manages projects ranging in value from $10 million to $80 million and due to the strong pipeline of projects, requires an additional Senior Site Manager to join their industrial division.
Role Summary:
The Senior Site Manager will initially be responsible for overseeing a 10,000 sqm warehouse and office project in Melbourne's South East. This project is already underway, and due to the upcoming transition of the current Site Manager to a larger project, there will be a few weeks of handover to ensure a smooth transition. The intended start date is mid-to-early October.
The role is critical in managing the site operations and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Competitive salary package, ranging from $150,000 + super for candidates with 5 years of experience, up to $240,000 for highly experienced candidates.
Inclusive salary package options covering a fully maintained car, tolls, fuel, and maintenance, valued at $22.5k.

Key Requirements to be successful:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager, and experience managing industrial construction sites. Highly regarded to have experience on hybrid industrial sites (both warehouse and office fitout projects.)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to ensure project delivery within scope, timeframes, and safety standards.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
Proven track record in overseeing large warehouse/office developments.
