Why you will love this opportunity as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Civica We're going through an exciting time of change and transformation where Talent Acquisition plays a key and crucial role. You'll have the opportunity to be hands on when it comes to owning the full TA lifecycle, whilst also being involved in driving TA process improvement and systems optimisation initiatives. You'll own the hiring process for product and platform roles and be regarded as our expert in this discipline. You'll partner with our stakeholders enabling them to scale best in class software product & platform teams, covering roles for us in Australia, NZ and Singapore, whilst collaborating with our TA colleagues in the UK and India as we work to implement global processes. Requirements What you will do to be successful in this role Effectively identify & engage with talent in the market focusing on product and platform hiring - owning the full TA lifecycle Partner closely with key stakeholders and hiring teams to understand current future needs of the business, advising, consulting and coaching on best-in-class TA processes Work alongside our HRBPs to understand the needs of the business, giving insight and intelligence on the market Expertly source passive talent, and utilise efficient techniques, tools and systems to engage with top talent Use data to influence and drive decisions when it comes to hiring for product and platform roles Have a drive for process improvement and systems optimisation, demonstrating an ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability Have an obsession when it comes to delivering a flawless candidate experience Be able to demonstrate previous experience working in, and understanding the complexities of working in a global, matrixed organisation Have prior experience working in both agency and in-house TA roles Have a passion for TA as well as the wider tech industry, demonstrating an interest in tech hiring trends, and market intelligence Be able to effectively communicate at all levels, you'll need to be able to engage with senior stakeholders, and work closely with colleagues in the wider people team (HRBPs, People Operations and our Internal Communications team) Be adaptable and able to work with changing priorities and processes Have a team mentality and mindset Benefits Why you'll love working with us We know that when our people are happy, they will work better and have greater work satisfaction.
