The opportunity The Taxation - Senior Technical/Review Officer is responsible for preparing medium to high complexity private rulings and determining medium to high complexity objections across all revenue lines.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for: Effectively managing a file portfolio of medium to high complexity private rulings and/or objections across all revenue lines Participating in inter-branch consultation regarding the application of legislation Assisting the Knowledge Management Branch with the content maintenance, enhancement and promotion of the SRO's internal knowledge management database Who we are looking for To be successful in this role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in meeting quality and output performance targets in a complex legal and commercial environment The ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and legal research experience High level communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written) How to apply Submit an application via the 'Apply now' button by 11.59pm on Monday 28 October 2024.
