We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service & Install Manager to lead our Field Service Team in Australia.
The role will be ideally based in Sydney; however, we are open to considering candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane.
As the engine of our business, our Field Service engineering team continually challenges our ways of working, being pragmatic in their approach to innovating.
Reporting to the Director for Field Service and Customer Experience ANZ, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Team Leaders and Field Service Engineers across Australia.
Your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional customer experiences at every interaction by providing leadership and guidance to your team.
You will serve as the key escalation point for Team Leaders, enabling them to deliver on business goals and ensuring the smooth coordination of all capital equipment installations.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with Sales Managers across all divisions to align on customer goals and share valuable market intelligence.
You will oversee the coordination of installations, collaborating with customers, sales teams, and Field Service Engineers to ensure successful outcomes.
Additionally, you will partner with the Service Operations Manager to manage operational costs effectively and align field operations with service support processes.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual who has the drive and commitment to succeed.
You have demonstrated successful experience leading a geographically dispersed team.
You are highly motivated, empathetic, and can lead positive change and gain support.
Impeccable communication and presentation skills are a must as you will need to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence with a variety of SMEs and reporting levels.
A background in medical devices or the maintenance sector is advantageous, along with tertiary qualifications in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
In this role, you will work flexible hours and travel interstate as needed.
A current, valid Australian driver's license and a serviceable vehicle available for work purposes are also required.
