About the Role The Security team in these locations plays an important role in ensuring that the client's data integrity is maintained.
As the first point of contact for visitors and contractors entering the facility, the Security team needs to leave a lasting impression of exceptional customer service.
Positions available are located in Tullamarine Shift Security Supervisor (Night Shift) - $56 The Shift Security Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties: Manage the Security Team on day-to-day operational requirements Enforce access control policies Monitor CCTV and access control systems Manage site badges, tickets, and maintain logs and records in line with SOPs Conduct security screening of all personnel entering and exiting a restricted area with HHMD Ensure compliance with all Security Procedures & Policies Identify prohibited items and prevent them from being introduced to or removed from a restricted area Escalate and report on incidents Patrol assigned areas and escalate issues Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills Respond to emergencies Prepare written and electronic reports Baseline or NV1 clearance is a must.
