Join a VIC – Big Build Project – The M80 Ring Road Completion Project.

The Project The M80 Ring Road Alliance (comprising ACCIONA, MACA, and AECOM) has been selected to design and construct the M80 Ring Road Completion.
The project will deliver a major upgrade of the M80 Ring Road between the M80-Plenty Road interchange and the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, providing a seamless connection to North East Link.
Works include 2km of new freeway upgrade, 3km of new freeway, separation of local roads from the freeway, bulk earthworks, retaining walls, bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, urban design and landscaping.
This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.
Key Accountabilities for the Position Reconciling progress claims received against approved dockets and/or approved purchase requisitions.
Liaising with relevant Contract Administrator where there are reconciling issues.
Manage webapp approval process for non-payment claim invoice.
Update webapp status and PO reception in SEO once approvals in Webapp are received.
Generate Purchase orders, as needed.
Management of Project invoices email inbox, working folders, and Finance filing systems.
Comply with and promote other alliance policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Other duties that are consistent with your qualifications, skills, and capabilities.
Required Skills and Competencies Construction finance experience preferred with an organised and diligent approach to your work and daily tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Extensive experience with Excel i.e (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas) in conducting complex reconciliations.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment supporting major projects.
