Site Administrator

Our client, a prominent global food solutions company specializing in exceptional farm-to-plate services, is looking for a Site Administrator.
In this role at Lance Creek, you will oversee administrative tasks and deliver excellent customer service to ensure the site's daily operations run smoothly.

Salary : $65,000 Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors and contractors, conducting inductions.
Manage traffic for deliveries and collections.
Handle data entry, monitor payments, and prepare purchase orders.
Provide administrative support to the Site Leadership Team.
Maintain inventory of office and facility supplies.
Direct incoming calls.
Coordinate mandatory training sessions as required.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or administration.
Proficiency in IT solutions and office software.
Experience with Microsoft AX or similar ERP software is a plus.
