Site Manager

are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a Melbourne based commercial company who specialise in Commercial Fit Out and Refurb space.
Candidates are required to have a minimum 3 years relative experience and demonstrate a sound understanding of building principals and regulations. Trade qualifications highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Manager will be tasked with managing a number of modular builds including manufacture, delivery and installation.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have
Minimum 3 years fit out supervisory experience
Prior experience using Hammertech or Procore
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work towards strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Trade background highly desirable
