Site Operations Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Operations Coordinator to join our team at American President Lines.
As a key member of our operations team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities Receive and coordinate with employees, customers, contractors, and visitors to the site, including support for site inductions.
Process and manage various information for contractors and employees, including weekly timesheets, licenses, training records, and safety data.
Perform general administrative and office support tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Develop, maintain, and update relevant site processes and procedures.
Requirements Experience in an administrative support role in a logistics or supply chain environment.
Intermediate experience with MS Office applications and ability to learn new systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and suggest solutions or escalate as needed.
