Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) A rare opportunity to work with a well-established chartered accounting firm in the SMSF space.
Our client is a mid-size firm with multiple partners based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with: 5+ years in SMSF accounting The ability to work in a team The ability to work directly with clients The ability to demonstrate strong technical skills CPA/CA and SSA is an added advantage Your key duties in this role (not limited to): Prepare client accounts from source documents and data and produce relevant financial statements to review stage.
Prepare client tax returns and supporting schedules to review stage.
Prepare other statutory requirements for clients, Activity Statements, TBAR, etc.
Liaise with external SMSF auditors and attend to audit queries.
Assist intermediate & junior staff members and support their development.
Manage client communications/point of contact for clients.
