FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW You will be part of an agile squad working within our cross-functional release train.
You will be designing and developing new product features and enhancements, as well as providing support for pilot and production deployments.
SUMMARY OF ROLE DETAILS Permanent, Full-time (Hybrid), based either Sydney NSW or Preston VIC.
What you can expect Work closely with the Scrum Master & Product Owner to understand the team objectives.
Update the JIRA board and dashboard.
Provide and review the development estimations.
Produce solution design for the work assigned.
Ensure that the software architecture and software development guide is followed.
Review the user stories and understand before implementation.
Perform development testing and unit testing.
Ensure that timesheet (JIRA and Sci Forma), work log and remaining effort are completed.
Keep abreast of relevant industry standards and specifications.
What we are looking for 1+ years experience in developing secure, accessible and robust Android applications with Kotlin.
Strong knowledge and experience in Android Studio, Gradle and Coroutines.
Experience in source control management, unit test and UI test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in JIRA.
Good communication (written and verbal).
Good time management – ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to work well within your team and autonomously.
Ability to be proactive and take initiative.
