Solution Architect for Digital Transformation Program 12 Months Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend Collaborative, innovative and supportive work environment Tennis Australia is embarking on a phase of Digital Transformation, and as a result, an opportunity has emerged for a Solution Architect to guide the Architecture & design and assist implementation of one of the core programs of work relating to the Unified Digital Experience of our customers who are Social and Competitive players and deliverers of Tennis at a grassroots level. The Digital Transformation Program will establish new digital experiences, foundational capabilities and strategic enablers. Unified Digital Experience will cover Web and Mobile Digital Presence for Tennis Australia. This digital experience will enhance how our customers find courts, coaches and tournaments, participate in Leagues and Tournaments, manage their rating and ranking, and administrators and deliverers who organise and deliver Tennis. The solution requires a combination of established platforms, Saa S services, emerging technologies and integration across several TA and third-party systems. About the role We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Solution Architect to play a key role in the Architecture and design and assist implementation of the modular solutions for Tennis Australia. In this position, you will collaborate closely with both the internal business and technology teams, as well as external vendors, to integrate and optimise a range of critical systems – including CMS (AEM), CRM (D365), integration (Azure), Data warehouse (Databricks). Your expertise will be central to driving seamless, scalable, and effective digital experience across the organisation. In this role, you will: Lead Solution Architecture and provide thought leadership and guidance of the delivery of technology platforms and projects adhering to higher level principles and standards defined through the Tennis Australia architecture practice Engage with internal and external business and technical stakeholders to help them understand technology capabilities and dependencies. Communicating solution-related risks, assumptions and decisions. Identify technical requirements and document solution architecture for projects and ensure technical alignment to business requirements. Maintain architecture artefacts and provide input and support into the broader architecture practice and technology roadmap. Provide SME advice and direction for project teams implementing and developing applications across the tennis technology landscape. Ensure solution quality through the delivery process. Working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders Leveraging Saa S products and balancing customisation with operational overheads Managing multiple priorities and managing technical risks Interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders Demonstrated resilience and solution focused approach to all issues Strong communication skills – written, spoken and in presentation You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
