The Opportunity
This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with key stakeholders within and externally to the practice while
focusing on high-profile litigation matters representing clients in Entertainment and Sports Law, Franchising, Retail and other impressive corporate and commercial entities.
Requirements
Demonstrated strong experience in Commercial Litigation from within an Australian Law firm (no less than 10 years PAE)
Ability to manage matters independently and communicate effectively
Strong technical skills in drafting and impeccable communication skill
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Australian practising certificate
