Job Description: Consultant Dermatologist multiple positions The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria's largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, subacute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community-based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world-renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care. The successful applicant must be a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of clinical acumen. The role also includes oversight of data collection and preventative measures. The dermatologist(s) appointed would be warmly encouraged to participate fully in our department's educational sessions and all other departmental activities of interest. We are seeking a Consultant dermatologist to provide clinical services across various clinics. Position 1 - Fractional/Fixed Term (leave cover until 29 August 2025) for 3.5hpfn Position 2 - Fractional/Ongoing for 7hpfn - Rapid Access Clinic one session per week (Monday afternoon) Please outline in your cover letter the clinical sessions/hours you are applying for. Formal Qualifications required: Must hold or be eligible for registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Australia Fellowship of the Australasian College of Dermatologists About You: Provide specialist dermatologic clinical service Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Teaching of junior medical staff and medical students Understanding of complex organisations and change concepts.
