** ** **About the role** This position plays a crucial role within the Emergency Services Program, focusing on leveraging Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities to enhance emergency response and management effectiveness.
This position manages spatial datasets, conducts spatial analysis, and utilises mapping applications to support decision-making during emergencies.
The Specialist collaborates across emergency response functions to ensure GIS data integrity and relevance in achieving program objectives.
**About you** ** ** You will specialise in Data Analytics and Geographical Information Systems and demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in managing large datasets and relational databases using SQL.
