The Opportunity: This role sits within our Business Unit of Oncology.
Your role will be to represent and promote our Oncology portfolio of products, including Bladder and Prostate oncology in a specialist hospital environment.
This will include developing territory insights, planning, and execution, and continuously improving territory business plans to meet and exceed customer goals.
Your position will be field-based in the state of Victoria in Australia.
In this role, you will: Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory.
Engage key Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Urologists using multichannel resources, including face-to-face sales calls.
Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients.
Monitor and analyze market data to determine territory performance and identify opportunities and business insights.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: Experienced Hospital sales specialist.
Understanding of hospital processes and protocols.
High level of clinical knowledge.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience: Able to work autonomously and as a team.
Strong communication skills.
Education: Preferred bachelor's degree in science, Business, or equivalent.
Additional information: This is a permanent, full-time position.
Applicants must be based in Australia and have full working rights in Australia.
This position is field-based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and 65% travel is expected in line with your role.
Candidates must be located within the state of Victoria, New South Wales.
