This permanent position requires expertise in Registered General Nursing (RGN) and Registered Mental Nursing (RMN), with a strong clinical background.
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and supporting the overall healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications and Skills: Valid RGN and RMN qualifications.
Active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in both general and mental health nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work mixed day and night shifts.
