We are seeking a motivated and driven individual with a passion for FMCG in Foodservice and Wholesale, to drive the growth of our business in the VIC Out of Home (OOH) market.
As a State Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our Sales team, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans.
Identify new accounts, develop promotional programs, and recommend pricing strategies.
Manage claims and trade spend.
Proactive identification of product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
This position has one direct report.
About You: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience within the FMCG, Foodservice or Wholesale sector.
Fresh food and protein experience highly regarded.
Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
