State Sales Manager
for their Melbourne office to oversee the Victorian sales operation.
Role on Offer
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will be to oversee the new business and relationship management teams in the Melbourne office. You will mentor, develop, and measure deliverables for a strong close-knit team. You will work with your team and customers to ensure that new fleet business opportunities are created, discovered, and converted, while maintaining robust and mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report on state sales activities back to senior management.
Attend industry functions when required.
Recommend credit applications for new facilities and subsequent annual reviews.
Provide product training.
Conduct staff reviews.
Ensure compliance with in-house systems.
Remuneration

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to nurture and develop your team and customer relationships.
Experience in leading new business and account management teams.
Extensive knowledge of vehicle finance products as well as fleet-related products and services - essential.
Previous experience and achievement in new business development.
Experience managing or leading a team that has managed a client portfolio.
Trustworthy with impeccable moral and ethical standards.
