About the role Reporting to the Group General Manager and leading a team of two direct reports, the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is accountable for planning and executing the supply, import, storage and distribution of both bulk and packaged chemical products utilising a network of key partners.
The role will contribute supply chain subject matter expertise to the leadership team and be responsible for driving the key pillars of productivity, cost control and innovation across the operation.
This will include network optimisation and growth, inventory strategy alongside leadership, mentoring and development of the team.
The appointee will bring a laser focus on customer centricity, ensuring that every aspect of service delivery will meet and exceed expectations.
About you You are an experienced logistics leader with end-to-end supply chain exposure and an understanding of the chemical sector.
In combination with your international logistics and import knowledge, you will have a strong desire for accountability and autonomous decision making, as well as a passion for delivering world-class service levels consistently to your customers.
Your values driven leadership approach will give you a platform to engage and develop a high-performing team.
