Job Description
We are looking for a
Supply Operations Analyst , on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager, you will have a keen interest in supply chain operations. This role will expose you to the costs, and end-to-end processes across the entire Supply Chain. You need to be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. This role requires strong communication skills and you will be curious by nature and innovative in your thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile and track actual Buy/Sell and Borrow & Loan arrangements between Third Party Suppliers.
Create price builds and reconcile purchases and sales with Third Party Suppliers & Customers.
Stakeholder management with internal teams.
Review/challenge or process supplier invoices.
Review invoices for accuracy.
Provide leave cover for Supply Analysts.
Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
Procurement and supply chain knowledge advantageous.
High attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills.
JDE and Power BI experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Dynamic and proactive thinker.
Preferred education background in Accounting or Supply Chain Management.
