Shepparton, Shepparton & Goulburn Valley VIC Child Welfare, Youth & Family Services (Community Services & Development) The Senior Clinician provides leadership within the Take Two team, offering intensive therapeutic services to children and families impacted by trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment.
The role involves supporting the Clinical Team Leader, supervising clinicians, managing a complex caseload, and contributing to training and development programs.

Our Take Two program provides intensive therapeutic services to those who have experienced trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment.
Key Responsibilities Support the Clinical Team Leader and team to meet key performance indicators.
Provide clinical supervision to clinicians and students.
Facilitate referrals and provide intake consultations for fee-for-service programs.
Manage a complex case load at various stages of care.
Develop and implement training for external agencies.
Conduct assessments and develop therapeutic treatment plans.
Provide face-to-face clinical services across the Hume region and nation-wide via telehealth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a Health or Welfare-related field.
Postgraduate training and experience in trauma-informed clinical work preferred.
