About the opportunity We are excited to be on the search for a remarkable Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a part-time basis. Working approximately 22 hours per week (0.6 FTE), you can structure your hours to match your lifestyle, while remaining connected to your team through working two days each week in our Geelong office. As an experienced recruiter, you will be familiar with your day to day flow - driving full-cycle recruitment campaigns (including some high-volume projects), partnering with hiring managers to nail their talent needs, and working alongside our other fabulous TA partner in providing a remarkable experience for all candidates. About you What will set you up for success in this role is your meticulous and considered approach to your work, coupled with a genuine passion for supporting our candidates and leaders throughout their recruitment journey. To genuinely thrive in this role, you will be able to confidently build relationships with leaders at all levels, aligning talent acquisition needs with our recruitment policy and established candidate commitments.
