Qualification O-Level Experience 2 years Job Description/ Requirement Responsibilities The Primary role for this position is to :- Handle incoming calls on the helpdesk Give excellent customer service at all times Attend to customer queries / feedback, troubleshooting & schedule service appointment for service support team.
Provide solutions and alternatives to customers.
Service recovery / Customer Service Answering customers enquiries, feedback, complaints and warranty claim via hotline & emails Provide technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, request and queries Escalate issue and follow up.
