Team Administrator

Our client, a dynamic, privately-owned investment group known for excellence and personalised service, is currently seeking a proactive, highly organised Team Administrator to support administrative functions, client communication, and marketing/event coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and prior administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents, coordinate travel, and maintain filing systems.
Team Support: Assist with workload organisation, coordinate meetings, handle departmental requests, and track deliverables.
Marketing/Event Support: Help create marketing materials, organise internal events, manage logistics, and process post-event feedback.
Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications: Previous administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday in the Richmond office.
