Job Description Permanent full time opportunity Based in Melbourne or Sydney CBD with flexible work options Provide support to a high performing, professional and agile team How will I help? We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person to join our leadership team in this critical role within Transaction Banking and be involved in a wide range of activities that are important to the seamless operation of our business and the wellbeing and engagement of our people.
As a Team Assistant for our Transactional Banking team, you'll be counted on to provide administrative and analytical support for our Transactional Banking team.
From your base in Melbourne, you'll work closely with the National Manager and wider team– getting first-hand exposure to the way we lead the charge towards the best possible customer experience.
What do I need? Plenty of drive to deliver a standout customer experience, for a start.
And you'll have a range of practical skills to go with that passion – including a keen eye for detail, top-notch communication skills, creative problem solving and the confidence to juggle multiple jobs at the same time.
You'll know your way around Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT, and ideally have experience with pipeline management systems too.
