Your New Role Your new role as Team Coordinator, Fund Services provides professional support to our CFO and senior leaders in the Fund Services team.
You will establish effective relationships with Fund Services senior leaders who report to the Chief Operating Officer.
In this role you will report to the Managing Executive Assistant, you will ensure that all administrative matters are managed effectively and facilitate the smooth running of a large team.
Key duties include but are not limited to: Providing one on one support to the Direct Report of the Chief Operating Officer, assisting with calendar management, the organisation of meetings & video calls as well as organising domestic & complex international travel arrangements.
Providing administrative support services to the direct reports of the aforementioned senior leader.
Becoming the 'go to person' for queries, helpful tips and knowledge sharing within the team.
Working closely and collaborating with the other TC's and EA's across Fund Services and the wider Fund.
Maintaining Microsoft Teams Channels, Sharepoint Sites and the Intranet to ensure that important documents, forms and news items are updated in a timely manner.
Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and collation of papers / reports for department and fund-wide meetings and committees.
Keeping track of team deliverables to ensure that deadlines are met.
What You'll Need Previous experience in a similar role with PA/EA experience is highly advantageous.
Experience in managing a senior executive's office and providing administrative assistance to their wider team.
The ability to manage your own time effectively, coordinate tasks, set priorities, problem solve and operate independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with a range of people at all levels.
A demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.
Exceptional attention to detail.
