The remit spans program management, stakeholder management, and leading a team to design and deliver a comprehensive suite of impactful technical and operational training/resources.
Make no mistake, this is a hands-on role that blends strategy with the joys of getting amongst the training action directly.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
The person previously in the role has taken a secondment.

What you will be doing day-to-day As a hands-on, sleeves-up type of leader, you won't be afraid of a rapidly changing environment, and you'll genuinely love getting the job done for your stakeholders and teammates.
Reporting into the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you'll be the difference between Vocus and our competitors.
In this role you will: Design, implement and lead training and learning-oriented programs of work.
Program management and coordination of all technical and operational training activity.
Develop customised training programs, resources, and materials.
Ensure that programs, initiatives and resources are impactful and easy to implement.
Wrap programs of work with robust data insights and research.
Develop, update and maintain the full breadth of learning resources.
Accountability to centralise and streamline learning resources on the Learning Management System.
Undertake training needs analyses and recommend best in class training solutions.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners.
Build and maintain knowledge of all systems, products and services.

Demonstrated experience at driving the execution and implementation of initiatives.
Engaging with stakeholders to drive business outcomes through training solutions.
Experience designing learning solutions in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Extensive background in the design and delivery of impactful training solutions.
Experience in technical and operational training design and delivery.
Experience in e Learning tools such as Articulate Rise, AI Video content curation.
