You'll be responsible for Managing workflows for new business, renewals, and endorsements to ensure quality delivery of products and services. Cultivating relationships within a designated portfolio, focusing on underwriting private insurance within authority limits. Providing tailored solutions based on available information to meet client needs. Aligning business offerings with divisional objectives, balancing growth and profitability. Identifying new business opportunities and enhancing conversion rates while maximizing retention of preferred accounts. About you Experience in operational, private, or commercial underwriting within a complex general insurance organization. Strong planning and prioritization skills to manage tasks and competing demands effectively. Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance impacting the organization. Proven analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide insightful solutions.
