About the role The position will be a Subject Matter Expert on Software distribution & Patch Management and AVD management.
Hands-on experience in software deployment & Patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune, etc.
Troubleshoot infrastructure & client issues to ensure compliance on rollouts.
Custom reporting capability is a must.
Assess, plan, and upgrade systems management tool to ensure its effectiveness.
What you'll be responsible for Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
Use SQL to query databases to extract and process data.
Create and implement code tests and software test automation.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Numerical problem solving.
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
