Right now, we're seeking a VBHC Senior Project Lead to contribute to our shared purpose. This role involves commissioning services that effectively address our clients' needs whilst also fostering the growth and success of both the TAC and service providers within the principles of Value Based Health Care. This rewarding work allows us to continue delivering person-centred services where they are needed most.
About the role
The VBHC Senior Project Lead is responsible for leading a team to develop, implement, test, and evaluate new processes and services that address the needs and experiences of TAC clients. This role involves close collaboration with TAC clients, service providers, and colleagues across our Claims Management Group, Research and enablement teams.
The aim is to ensure that programs are delivered in alignment with the principles of value-based health care, deliver against TAC's strategic goals, and enhance corporate performance by improving the outcomes for Victorians impacted by road trauma.
About the Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager of VBHC, Sectors Projects & Funding, this role is part of the Provider Markets & Commercial Group within the Client Division. Our team is high-performing, friendly, collaborative, and supportive, dedicated to making a meaningful impact. We ensure that clients can access care tailored to their needs by fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, implementing robust policies and service delivery, and establishing value-based commercial arrangements.
What we're looking for
Leadership experience in a healthcare setting including:
Experience leading innovation and change with new models of care in a business and/or clinical setting, using project management principles and methodology.
Experience working as part of a leadership team, driving business performance at an organizational level including influencing and the provision of advice to Senior and Executive level stakeholders.
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong networks and operate as a trusted advisor to the business at all levels and experience in collaborating and managing the expectations of key strategic stakeholder groups, providing an outcome that benefits the organisation.
Project Management experience
Experience in continuous improvement methodology, change management, and co-design practices.
Extensive knowledge of key market drivers, industry players, and latest developments in the health industry and its impact on the organisation. Additionally, experience in population health policy and practice/public health sector environment is highly desirable.
