The summary:
Step into a world of fast fashion with Lovisa in a management regional role. Lead by example and develop, mentor and coach a strong cultured team. Operations focused and a driver force!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all stores assigned within your region (6-10)
Coaching, developing and motivating your team
Leading your Managers in all aspects of store operations
Achieving monthly retail budgets and managing expense control
Controlling shrinkage by coaching your teams to manage within stores
Overseeing management and recruitment of store teams, rosters and control of wages
Promoting customer service excellence and identifying areas of opportunity to improve customer satisfaction
Visual merchandising and ensuring store presentation is of the highest standards
Attracting, recruiting and inducting new team members and promoting a strong focus on succession planning within the teams

Multi-site management experience for a fashion retailer
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment
Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results
Exceptional communication skills
A strong passion for retail, customer service and fashion
Available Tuesday-Saturday (1 Saturday off every month)
Willing to learn, coach and train team on ear piercing.
