VIC & TAS State Manager - Valuations (Institutional) Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 This major Global Financial & Property Advisory Firm operates very successfully in the transaction advisory space. The Role: Manage a team of 7 with the potential for growth. Client-facing responsibilities. Victoria & Tasmania Manager of Valuations overseeing Financial Reporting Valuation and Risk Advisory: Market Value, Replacement Cost, Insurance Valuations. Lead & grow the state teams while managing valuations of significant size & value – true institutional grade & unique assets & advisory. Report to the ANZ Head of Valuations based in Melbourne, supporting day-to-day operations. Operational oversight over P&E team (non-technical). Maintain a strong client network with a consistent flow of work, with no reliance on bank panels. The Firm: This is a Global Risk Advisory firm with offices across Europe, the US, UK & APAC. Travel may be required to manage the team's schedules, with options for extensive travel or global development within the firm.
