Where and how you can work...
This role is based in Melbourne, and as part of Entain AUS & NZ, you'll receive your own company van.
The position will involve a fair amount of travel across the state, so your mobility is key.

Your day-to-day...
Tournament Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute poker tournaments across various venues in Victoria.
Venue Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, ensuring compliance with APL standards and agreements.
Player Engagement: Foster a positive player experience through excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of tournament directors and staff to ensure seamless event delivery.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of APL's presence in Victoria.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
What you'll bring...
Minimum 3 years of experience in poker operations, event management, or similar roles within the gaming or hospitality industry.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Strong organizational and logistical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with players, venues, and stakeholders.
Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel across Victoria as required.
Knowledge or familiarity with poker industry tournament structures and rules is preferred but not required.
