ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an innovative and creative individual to join our Cotton On VM team as a Visual Merchandising Manager for the Northern region (USA/UK).
Based in our Support Centre in Geelong, you will enable our vision by leading and developing the Visual Merchandising team to deliver visual stories that reflect the style of each season to support maximizing sales within our US retail stores.
You will collaborate with our Buying /Trend teams across all Cotton On brands and partner with our Country partners to ensure our DNA and values are executed through compelling visual experiences that play a key part in contributing to the success of the region.
You will coach your team to develop their creative problem-solving skills to ensure that we are delivering on commercial results and sales opportunities.
You will own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, store windows, campaign implementation and display techniques that best showcase our brands by planning VM activities and strategies that support growth in the US.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in a relevant field i.e.
Visual Merchandising, Fashion Extensive experience in a similar Visual Merchandising role i.e.
Support Centre VM, Senior Space Planner role, etc Proven experience in people leadership, where you have successfully led and developed a team A strong understanding of the Northern market (USA/UK) would be critical for success in this position - ideally have worked in VM in this market Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders Proven problem-solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions with the Visual Merchandise remit Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities Strong organization, planning and time management skills Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON: ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
